• Raw nerve endings everywhere
• Having the flu but ten times worse
• A ball of pain in her stomach so she can’t even lie on her stomach
• Knots in her legs so she can barely walk
• More in her throat
• Feeling nauseous all the time and can hardly eat
• Feeling like she’s going to pass out

Ouch! May I never complain about any comparatively-minor physical ailment again!

We spent about an hour on the phone shifting and releasing any associated energies I could find.

Sandra and I spoke again a few days later and I asked how she had felt following our session. She responded by saying “I was shocked!” Within the hour, she felt considerably better. For the next few days she was able to be active and productive.

Of course I can’t claim to treat or cure fibromyalgia or any other physical ailment, but I firmly believe that the base of most issues of all types can be impacted by subtle energy. When the practitioner knows how to work fast and deep, associated changes can be easy, quick and permanent.

So why don’t we change? Why must we continue to struggle? Why do the same self-defeating thoughts and irrational fears continue to plague our lives when we know better???

The answer is simple. Knowing all the answers doesn’t change us because our conscious minds are not in charge of our lives and destiny! Merely knowing the answers and expecting our lives to change is like knowing that our car is out of gas, yet feeling confused about why it won’t run.

Studies have shown that our subconscious minds know what we’re going to do several fractions of a second before we’re even aware of the choice (Blink, Malcolm Gladwell, 2005).

The subconscious mind houses millions of tiny circuits designed to protect us but which often end up tripping us, protecting us from pain and risk and thus also “protecting” us from success, happiness, satisfaction and freedom. These are our issues. Our blocks. Our limiting thoughts.

All effective approaches to mental, emotional, spiritual and physical (when caused by mental or energetic blocks) wellness must address these “protections.” Until they are transformed, we’ll continue to experience “more of the same.”

Stacey Thompson of Midvale, Utah is a perfect example. She knows what she wants. She knows about taking responsibility for her life. She knows many skills to change her thoughts and actions. “More than I dreamed possible,” she affirmed.

Linda’s session was an excellent example of getting to “Point Be” almost instantly. “I didnâ€t know itâ€s okay to just let go of all those grievances without justice or apology or explanation,” she said as life-long challenges lifted and vanished.

She also observed that her “mirror [became] clear,” “a funnel of pure light filling [her] up”, and commented that “it’s so yummy!” as further foundational energy blocks released permanently.

A follow-up call a few weeks later found Linda still doing extremely well with increased freedom to be herself and other significant life changes occurring, and she reported that the tools she learned during the session were all she needs when any little issue pops up.

“If I can read others, and if I can read and shift myself, can I shift others?”

I decided to give it a try. Sitting in church the next day, I noticed a friend at the other end of the pew. We spoke frequently and I often noticed some sort of friction between us that felt scratchy and irritating. We never spoke of it – I was barely even aware of it – but the mild discomfort it caused created a small barrier to our friendship. I decided to take responsibility and see if I could do something about it.

I found the intuitive connection between us and sought out the source of the friction. I soon found it, it felt like a dense, dark ball maybe the size of a golf ball. I held onto the sensation, rolling it over, breathing “through” it, and observed as the sensation seemed to expand and soften. This exactly matched the sensation I often felt as I shifted my own energy blocks.

As I monitored the sensation, a word eventually came to mind that described what it was about – vanity. Within five or ten minutes, the feeling had expanded and softened to the point that I could no longer locate the feeling. I wondered if my experiment had really worked. I wondered if I had had any impact on my friend or if I had merely found the beam in my own eye and shifted that.

When the meeting ended, my friend scooted down the row toward me. Without even saying hello, she said, “You know, I’ve always let my pride get in my way, and that’s not very smart, is it?”

It worked! I knew then that it worked just as I thought it might. What an exciting discovery! The possibilities were endless.

In subsequent years as I have continued to experiment and learn, I have met dozens of people who already use this type of skills as their vocation. They have taught me additional skills which have greatly enhanced my own methods and shared many stories of their experiences. Even now, there is no end in sight to the possibilities of energy work and the transformation we can experience as a result.
